It is hung from leather and is finished with hypo allergenic fixings, including an extender chain for length adjustment. The largest of these stones is aprx. the size of a quarter and this necklace hangs just below the neck on most men and upper chest on most women. Refer to the photos for size reference. Both necklaces are about the same length.
It is heavier than some necklaces but comfortable to wear.
